This is the 5th or 6th transaction (buying and selling) homes with Jenny Nix over the past 16 years! I have continued to use Jenny for several reasons:
She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in/of the area and the market. This is crucial especially in today's market. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis regarding what she was doing to market and sell our home. She explained to me creative "incentives" to attract buyers - not the usual "let's have an open house". She always "kept her eye on the ball" with regards to what was important to me and my husband; time frame to sell, bottom line on price, etc...
She has a "no nonsense" approach to buying and selling. I appreciated this because as everyone is busy, I wanted straight talk about the ease or difficulty in selling, buying or negotiating. This saved countless hours and unnecessary stress. (As a mother of infant twins, I really appreciated this!)
She goes "above and beyond the call of duty". You may hear this nowadays but truly. It makes life so much easier when someone not only anticipates my next question but answers it and delivers on it immediately. The most recent example of this.....her assistant offered to babysit the twins and Jenny drove me to the closing! Now, that's what I call service!
So, all of these things are nice you may say. However, the greatest is that Jenny has consistently negotiated in our favour. We actually walked away from the closing table this last time with money for the twin's college fund!
With all that said, I couldn't and wouldn't recommend anyone who would do a better job, represent you well and work hard for you!
